Notre Dame de Paris has a history of more than 800 years. During this time, it has witnessed many important events in the development of civilization. The 10,000 crystal columns with a radius of 5 cm and different heights represent these events as she experienced them. The column heights reflecting the highs and lows of this journey. Notre Dame is an icon of Gothic architecture. The structures and how light enter the building shows that it used the highest level of technology at the time. The rose window creates a sense of mystery. The extent of large windows on each facade captures sunlight throughout the day and at different times of the year giving a sense of connection with the sky, surroundings and openness. The inspiration for 10,000 columns comes from watching rainy weather in Paris.Since the renovation of Violet Le Duc, the light gets through the roof, so that the interior is brighter. The light through the interior becomes mysterious and transparent. Violet Le Duc transformed the spirit of innovation and touched everyone who came to visit. I have lived in Paris for 7 years and was impressed by the rainy weather. Transform the weather changes to the 10,000 crystal columns, which are like water droplets, making the interior better light and reactive with the nature.
